Teams - problem with incoming calls
Looking for help - I can't receive incoming Teams calls on my mobile. Can still make outgoing calls and dial into meetings etc. Incoming call appears on my desktop, which I can't currently use to complete the call. Phone model is Huawei Mate 20 Lite, using Android 9 - have changed various settings as advised by Huawei support but still no good. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

1. Was everything working fine earlier? Did the set up ever worked?
2. Where you ever able to receive the Inbound Calls on the mobile devices?
3. Which country are you trying to utilize the service?
