Teams - problem creating lists from excel file

Hi, I have one problem when I try to create a list inside Teams. When I choose to upload or select excel file already uploaded I get this message : "An error occurred while creating your items. Missing refresh token."

I must mention that I created a demo tenant for testing purpose and inside this demo M365 business premium tenant this feature is not working. If I try the same in our production tenant, everything is working ok.

Also, after I received this error for the first time, I tired to google the error but without success. I tried to create SharePoint list, but with the same result. After that, I deleted the demo tenant and created a new one, but the error is still there.

I am using the Microsoft Edge,  and I tried to clear the cache, but that didn't help also.

Do you have any suggestion what is the source of the problem ?

kind regards,

Drazen

PeterRising thank you for you r answer 🙂

If anyone is having the same problem, I was able to get over it. I uploaded the excel file to the Channel and then opened the same file in Excel online. Then I created a new excel file and copied the content in it. After that, the file was saved to my One Drive, so I uploaded ti again to teams channel. When I used this file for list creation everything went fine. Then I realise what the problem might be. Namely, the whole time I had MS Excel 365 opened with other file. I think that somehow when you try to import excel into the list, those credentials from opened excel file (and they were mine) was somehow in collision with credentials of my demo tenant user. When i CLOSED EXCEL COMPLETELY everything work as expected.

      I hope that helps.
