Hi, sdlengua Are you able to compare your settings with someone else in your group? If they are both the same, then it could be a bug. You can report that on our Uservoice feedback forum.
You could also try submitted a ticket at the answers.microsoft.com tech support site (I searched for a answer to similar questions and didn't find anything of substance). Hope this helps.
