Teams - disabled calling?

Hi - I've recently swapped to a Asus laptop and I can't seem to call from my Teams to  a previous work colleague, although I can call and connect with a "private" friend.

Would it be something to do with the company security?  I can send messages via Teams though and she responds, but neither of us can connect, she tried to call me and it just kept ringing and I didn't receive a call. What do I need to do to fix it?

Many thanks

Kindest regards Claire
