Teams - Agile chats and meeting

Hello,

In my company we use Office365 and I am trying to see how meeting rooms could be created that could be used as a real office. We see that there are tasks that slow down because you have to be scheduling meetings for everything. Chats can be created every time you want to talk to some people, so infinite chats would be created. It would be more than interesting if there was a way to have meeting rooms where you can enter and leave manually, like any talk you could have before in an office. Something that would allow us to speed up what was previously solved by approaching another person and speaking directly. Is there a way to improve this with Teams?
