I have the same problem. I am trying to install MS Teams on iOS 10.3.4. However I am getting the same error, "Microsoft Teams is not compatible with this device." But in the Compatibility section of the App it shows Requires iOS 10.0 or later. It also lists the compatible with iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 plus and others.
Can Microsoft please have a look at this and confirm.
amardeep1190 You Should Install The Latest Version Of iOS because Microsoft Teams Require Atleast iOS 11 . If It didnt work Please Use The Same Apple iD You Used For Another Apple Device It will show Purchased Tab In Your iPad And You Should install the same app on your another apple device it is compatible .
