Team (free) upgrade to paid version

Hi There,

I've upgraded from Free to Office 365, but even after several hours, I see that Free was disabled, but the Premium version is not installed.... I don't understand anything anymore... Also the integration with other Office tools (Outlook) is non-exsiting... can someone help?
