do you know if i have a teams essential account can i link it with the teams that was include with the on prem version of office 2021 LTSC. or its fully a web base app ?

  Don't know much about the Teams Essentials I'm afraid. But assuming you should go with a more advanced subscription for proper Teams experience (full calendar functionality, EXO mailbox and admin tools).
