team chat sounds
I have the teams app on my desktop, but for some reason even though both the teams chat and notifications are off. I am still getting the beeping noise.
Are you also having the pop up notifications or just the notification noise?
Pauldredge I think I am getting both sounds through. Its like a pinging noise I am getting through every time someone sends a new chat message.
- Have you tried updating Teams? In the last week the notification options have changed and there is a separate button to turn off sounds now.
Pauldredge how do I update teams as I cant seem to find the option to update it
lydiamae1908 click on your initals or picture in the top right corner of teams and then from the drop down select 'check for updates'.
