Its the new calling experience is in the rollout at the moment.
Its a new feature; The user didnt do anything "wrong"

C'mon Microsoft.... did you even consider this layout change before implementing it? This thread along with equally upset users on other websites really, Really, REALLY don't like this change. FIX IT NOW before Zoom becomes the world standard and there is no going back!!!
Hello Phil_Seretti and all others: The calling team has heard you, is working on this, and is preparing a feedback form to post in this thread to get further input from you. Please stay tuned to this discussion for that survey.
ThereseSolimeno While I appreciate the response, a feedback form is taking time away from fixing the problem - the current design is decreasing productivity and causing frustration. Folks here have been very clear on their thoughts. Either revert to the old design or give us the option to choose the new vs. old design. In the future, maybe think about a feedback form prior to making a major change.

Do you think you could revert with the same amount of consultation as you seemingly did before you made the change, at the same gung-ho speed and then, when deployed, then come back and do the survey you should have done in the first place?
I.e. don't decide to do a survey NOW when it will only serve to delay the reversion!

ThereseSolimenothanks for the response, but I think that the feed-back from every user here, is very clear: get rid of the terrible "design" change, or give us the opportunity to customise the view.
D_Cole1060 You have stated that very well and I am sure everyone else that has posted here agrees 100% with you. We DON'T need to fill out a form stating what all of us have already clearly stated in our posts. Please either revert Teams to what it was before the History of calls was put center stage OR give us the option to choose between what was and what is!!!!!!!!
