    DS_BCC_IT 
    Its the new calling experience is in the rollout at the moment. 
    Its a new feature; The user didnt do anything "wrong"

DS_BCC_IT I agree wholeheartedly with the previous comments. This new layout is not fit for purpose. Please wind back to earlier version
