    Its the new calling experience is in the rollout at the moment. 
    Its a new feature; The user didnt do anything "wrong"

ThereseSolimeno Thanks so much. I wondered when we would hear from someone at MSFT. Can you tell the thousands of us who have commented what the PM's say after you share our collective outrage with them?  In other words, will you let us all know if and when they are going to respond to the community's cries?

    Hi Mike_Sims  The lead PM told me "that is good data" (referring to the comments in this thread) and he is adding this post to an internal conversation that is in progress.  That's all I know right now but I'll keep it on my radar (engineering the product isn't in my JB but monitoring the concerns of this community is).  Sorry I couldn't provide a timeline for any update.
