A high level executive in our organization brought this to me yesterday because he was used to and preferred the previous view for speed dial! He spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure what "he thought he did wrong"! Microsoft is trying to make it easier with everything on one page but they should have left an option for users to revert back to original view! I'm hoping they consider adding this option soon! He wasn't very happy to say the least!
