Team Calls - screen layout

We have recently discovered being able to add a 'Calls Tab' to a Team which is ideal for our Helpdesk and Reception, this in itself makes managing missed calls much cleaner for any team/group based activities making the new approach & layout even more confusing and convoluted. MS...please, as others have said, stop chucking things in without consolation, even some basic requirements gathering from the user community to get a general feel of how teams is being used would be a start, as Trainers/Project Managers or Admin users of Teams, we end up having to justify and rework these implementations and take much of the brunt for poorly conceived ideas.
