Team audio has it changed?

My Teams has no audio on my PC, iPad or iPhone. I have video but no audio that I can tell. Has Teams changed its audio. I'm confused. Help I have a meeting 2/26. Thank you... Teresa

Hi Treza! They very recently improved some screensharing features for Mac devices overall but no audio changes were made as far as I know. Did you by any chance change audio devices or used a different setup than usual?

Here are a few quick things to check before your  meeting:

Check device audio settings in Teams

    • Join a test meeting (or go to Settings - Devices).
    • Make sure the correct Speaker and Microphone are selected.
    • Click “Make a test call” to confirm you can hear playback.

    Check system volume

    • Make sure your PC/iPad/iPhone isn’t muted.
    • Turn up both device volume and in-app volume.
    • On iPhone/iPad, also check the side mute switch.

    Bluetooth devices

    • If you’ve used AirPods or a headset before, Teams may still be trying to use them.
    • Turn Bluetooth off temporarily to test.

    App update

    • Make sure Teams is updated on all devices.
    • If needed, sign out and back in.

Since it’s happening on multiple devices, I’d especially check:

    • Bluetooth connections
    • Teams device settings inside the meeting screen

I don't know your timezone so I hope I managed to respond in time
