Tabs disappear, 'no available tabs'

I recently added a Planner tab in Teams, but whenever I close the program and reopen it, the tab isn't there anymore. Teams still shows that I added the tab under posts, but nothing happens when I click the post.
When I go to add a new tab, Teams says there are 'no available tabs'. 

Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it?

    There’s a lot of strange things going on with Teams right now due to high overload of the service. Microsoft is working on it and it will probably be fixed soon
