Syncing Contacts Between Teams and Polycom VVX 310/311
Peter Belies I have not found a way to do it either, other than literally reverting a user to Skype-only mode, making the contacts/favorites changes in the SfB app, and then reverting the user back to Teams-only mode.

The tenant I'm having these issues in was migrated to Teams Only, I've read elsewhere that I can open a support ticket to revert this back to Islands which will likely be what I do here unless Polycom/Microsoft fixes the issue with an update.- CosmoDengerSep 06, 2019Brass Contributor
We are running into the same issue in Teams only mode. Delegates and call groups do not sync either which is creating some headaches for our users.
We finally got most of the call history to sync by going to Teams only and having the user sign into SfB one time initially. The only calls that don't sync are the ones initiated from the VVX 411 handsets.
I have also noticed voicemails have a syncing issue when deleting them from Teams, they do not delete from the phone. Deleting them from the phone does delete them from Teams.
