You can upgrade your teams free to a paid subscription and keep your setup, but if your company already has another subscription and tenant this gets harder. There’s no native way of transferring this.
Instead you need to use third party migration tools to do this.

adam deltinger Thanks, appreciate the reply. Pretty sure the company will have their own subscription and I'll have to use my work email rather than my personal so that will make it difficult. Do you know what 3rd party tools are out there that could transfer everything?
