Suggested classes icon not showing for all teacher to create there own class

som of my teacher showing for them suggested class icon  , but others no

i check the license  it should enable  Office for the Web for Education & Microsoft Teams  which already enable but still now showing i also  I clear the cache  for micrsoft team, also check online not showing why
