Hi Exonix - sharing files in group chats can get a bit messy since each person who has shared would need to ensure the proper permissions were granted from their own OneDrive. If you'd prefer to use SharePoint, you could create a Library on a SharePoint site, set the permissions, and then add it to your group chat using the 'website' option.
