Our organization only recently activated the calendar in Teams to sync with Outlook, and since that update, Teams is now showing users as busy whenever they have a meeting in their calendar, whether ...
JoshLalonde also an issue for me. I get meeting invites for particular events that are basically an FYI - it means that TEAMS changes my availability to BUSY/Do Not Disturb. Have not found an answer yet
