Static noise on MS Teams during powerpoint screenshare (Mac)
Hi, I've used Teams for a few years and this is a new problem for me in the last 2 weeks. In Teams, if someone else shares their screen with a Powerpoint, I have very loud static noise so that I can...
I somewhat fixed it by :
- deinstalling Teams : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/how-to-completely-remove-teams-from-mac/2499239d-d491-43cb-a9c1-acbee7223b8d
- I also un-installed the teams Audio in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL (not sure if this makes a difference)
- Installing an older version (NOT ticking on "installing the audio driver"): https://microsoft-teams-for-mac.en.uptodown.com/mac/download/75962667
- Preventing automatic autoupdate of microsoft programs (no way to prevent the automatic update of Teams only)
Not the best solution but at least one can interact with others...
