In the new Calling UX speed dial is linked to contact groups. You will be able to delete and rename contacts groups here. Go to chat > change to contact groups and you will be able to do it

ChrisHoardMVP Thank you so much! I didn't even give it a thought to look under chat. I was looking under calls (more so because that is where it was in the old UI).
