Speed dial and saved contacts disappearing in Teams calls section

Hello,   I have a bit of a complicated problem where my speed dials and saved contacts are disappearing from Teams "calls" section.   The contacts and speed dials mentioned appear again as intend...

    Hi I think it has been fixed in a recent update. I have not had them disappear in about 2-3 weeks now. Praying that is the last I’ve seen of it.

MegaManKY  Thanks for the update I was about ready to try this on a user experiencing this issue.   I wish Microsoft would reach out so we can provide them logs to help them.

Agree wish they would reach out. Apparently there is this thing called the “User Voice” they have that if enough people go on it and report the same issue then Microsoft developers pay attention. I’ll look for the link and put it on here.

    Have an open support call with MS about this. ATM We think it could be network related with possibly some URL's being blocked. Not sure yet and will be running some network diagnostics tomorrow on this so will report back if we get anything out of it!

      Very curious issue this is - the problem went away all day today - just started working fine.. yesterday the speed dial contacts would disappear left and right.. 🤷‍:male_sign:

      I voted on the UserVoice you created thanks for setting that up.

       

      I sure hope Microsoft  takes this seriously.

      Just a note that I really think that is it a bug in the Teams application that runs locally. I run over a simple network from home so very unlikely I am blocking any URL's.

      Hello guys,

       

      I really appreciate your efforts on this and I voted on the UserVoice regarding this.

       

      Hopefully we could find a resolution for this but in general this is clearly a software bug.
