Hello, I have seen this issue on forums before but couldn't really find any solution yet so I am asking here. One of my colleagues gets the "Sorry, we couldn't connect you" message when she tries...
LuizaPlaiu Are you able to do a direct call to another user? I have the same issue but it's only with group meetings for one user, creating or joining a meeting does not work.
