"Something went wrong" when adding app
Hi,
One of our customer is trying to enable Tact EU app for a group of users in their org. Their Teams admin has created an ‘app setup policy’ which allows Tact EU as the only app available to that group of users (and the policy has user pinning setting turned ON). We can also confirm that this custom policy is ranked the highest ( #1). But when the users try to add the app to a scheduled meeting, they get ‘Something went wrong’ error message.
We can confirm that ‘Global (Org-wide default)’ app permission policy has the TACT EU app as Allowed.
Is there anything we need to take care at the app level to make it available to a group of users with restricted custom policies?
Any help is appreciated

Hello Sanyamjain
Just to verify - did the Teams admin also install the app in the Setup policy?
If the app is not installed when they try to use it, it might throw an error.

sanyamjain-20 - Is there any console error you are getting while adding the app?
And also make sure you have configured 'Microsoft Teams' in your Azure Bot service.
To turn on the channel, just navigate to your Bot Service in the Azure Portal, select the Channels blade, and then click on Teams to save and activate the channel.- mostafamaemCopper Contributor
