Something went wrong error while adding webhook

Hello,

I am trying to add Incoming Webhook Connector to one of my channel. Every time when I try to add it,  after configuration screen it gives me Something went wrong error. This happened for more than 20 times. Could you please help to resolve this issue?

    Hi, I`m experiencing the exact same issue for past two days, cannot finish creation of webhook in multiple accounts. Tried with existing channels, new channels, also tried both Teams client for windows & MS Teams web application, neither work,
    Any solution?
