Someone has already set up Teams for your organization
I don't know who setup our account. Can you please assist?

In most cases, you will have to "takeover" the tenant, follow the steps here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/misc/become-the-admin?view=o365-worldwide
