[SOLVED]Live event et l'enregistrement des réunions non disponnible sur tenant Français ?
Bonjour à tous,
Nous nous posons la question dans mon entreprise a savoir si la fonctionnalité Live event a bien été activé sur un Tenant Français on a entendu que oui c'était pour Juin.
Malheureusement l'enregistrement des réunions est grisé et ensuite nous n'avons pas le bouton "Live Event" lors de la création d'un meeting.
J'ai vérifié la licence stream est bien activé dans notre plan E3. Côté admin Teams tous est activé l'enregistrement et les live events.

This is expected behavior: Live Events and Meeting recordings depend on Microsoft Stream and Microsoft Teams being located in the same data center. According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/office365/enterprise/o365-data-locations?geo=All#france they are in two different data centers: France and European Union.
It has been announced that a switch would come to allow storing recordings outside of your Microsoft Teams region, see your Message Center for a message with id MC214327. This switch is only for Call Recordings, the message indicates there is a similar plan for Live Events which will be announced separately.

Marine_Rog Je viens d'essayer de mon côté en activant les lives envent dans l'admin et le stream et en y mettant les bons users mais toujours pas de boutons 😞 Comment avez-vous fait pour que cela fonctionne chez vous svp ?

- Nous avions fait une policies poussée sur tous les utilisateurs activant le Live Event il y a déjà un petit moment car nous avions lu que celle par défaut ne s'appliquait pas forcément.
Du coup nous n'avions fait de plus c'est désormais disponible de notre côté

Avez-vous eu une réponse à votre question sur la disponibilité de live events en France?
Marine_Rog I would recommend you raise a support ticket from the admin centre, they will be able to confirm the availability in your region precisely.
It sounds like you have confirmed the Stream and Live Events policies are enabled, that should be all you need.
