Sidebar not there?

I have just signed up to Teams with a business account, I login and cannot see the sidebar with any chat, call, etc options. I want to invite users not within my business. It appears the same on my mobile, app and desktop

    Hello, this could be some sort of delay if you have just now set it up (sign out and back in to refresh). Otherwise I suggest you go to the Teams admin center and verify your policy settings (as you're using a business subscription). There's no Teams admin center for Teams free or Personal Teams.
