Shifts disappearing shows grey bar

So for whatever reason, my shifts show up in the all shifts button where I can see all my Team’s shifts, but does not show up in my personal shifts in the Shifts app in Teams on iOS. It only shows a g...

Several users in our org are having this same issue - started last week. Any fix ideas will be appreciated.

    Yeah my IT department was stumped as well. We've tried everything we can think of and can only assume it's a bug.
