SharePoint Ribbon confusion
I get the SPO doc library ribbon in the teams channel when using the Browser but not when using the Windows Desktop app. Is this expected behavior?

Andrew Hodges I'm in the Teams group, so I was referring to the Teams app

Sorry must have skipped past the Team channel bit.
Adding a Doc Lib as a tab like you doesn't give the header you would expect, seems they haven't updated the "Document Library" tab. You can get the ribbon you would expect by adding the Website tab and putting in the URL of the document library.

- Apr 16, 2020Are your sites in SPO in classic mode? That's the only reason why you could see the Ribbon when accessing a "Team" site using the browser

jcgonzalezmartin I'm referring to differences between the Teams browser app and the Teams Desktop App, see images below I'm expecting the Teams desktop app to have more functionality than the Teams Browser app but that is not what I'm experiencing
