Sharepoint or onedrive problem

Hallo,

I've recently created a new free account.

When I open the menù File (left bottom) and then press OneDrive, I receive the message "A problem has occurred. Please try again or refresh the page".

After select my teams/channel, when I open the menù File (center top), I receive the message "Could not recover your files. We are trying to restore them".
