sharepoint document library tab - Unknown Error Scenario ID: 2287

hi

 

we are adding sharepoint document libraries as tabs to our channels. most are working okay but one library keeps erroring

 

We can't get your files
We're working on getting them back.
Unknown Error Scenario ID: 2287
 
(that ID keeps changing every time refreshed) 
any ideas why its just one document library that wont add?
 
i have checked permissions on the library for example and they all seem identical between

    Hi RichardWork ,

     

    Is the library in the same SharePoint site as the Team you are adding it to?

     

    Deleting the tab and trying again gives the same error?

      Andrew Hodges thanks for replying. Adding / removing didnt help. The library itself is actually in the parent sharepoint site. Document libraries at the same level all work fine which is why i am at a loss
