Share to Teams not working after tenant rename

Hi ,

 

After renaming our tenant via PS Command: SPOSiteRename

And changing Tenant Name, Directory name, UPN Addresses etc.

 

All is working fine, but Share to Teams does not seem to work.

Share to Outlook from Teams seems to work fine.

 

All users are receiving the following message, Both from Outlook Client(365) and Outlook Web when trying to share an email with Teams recipients: 

A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to the Microsoft Teams." Error occurs while forwarding email to Teams chat group

 

I have tried the following:

  • New Outlook profile
  • Clear cache Teams
  • Outlook Safe Mode
  • Re-install add-in
  • no disabled users.
  • Outlook Web

    Usually when I already tried everything I give a try to SysInternal's process monitor trying to understand what the process could be doing, what configuration is being read, and so on, maybe you can do the same this time
