ChristianJBergstrom I testing this and it seems very complicated. Is there any easier way this can be done because the managers of our departments don't have access to the admin center and also won't know how to do all these steps?
Also it really didn't give me the results I was looking for.
The alternative is to do it for them. It is a bit complex so needs planning, but with all the tools available it should be sufficient for most scenarios.
