Hi, you have a wide range of tools when it comes to compliance and depending on your specific use case you can use or assign different approaches and roles. The information is massive so I'll just link to it to get you started https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/security-compliance-overview#compliance
But for ex. if I would run a content search.. (note the roles)
'Create and run a search'
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/content-search?view=o365-worldwide#create-and-run-a-search
..looking for specific key words.
'Use Content search in Microsoft Teams'
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/content-search
See to the left in the navigation field and the dropdown under "Compliance" where you have them all. eDiscovery, Content search, Auditing, Communication compliance etc.

ChristianJBergstrom I testing this and it seems very complicated. Is there any easier way this can be done because the managers of our departments don't have access to the admin center and also won't know how to do all these steps?
Also it really didn't give me the results I was looking for.
