Separate pop-up window for new 'incoming' chats

I see this conversation was started back in 2020, and it's now June of 2024 and this issue is still not fixed. That is RIDICULOUS!!!! and proves microsoft does not care what us, the users think. I was just recently forced at work to switch from Skype to teams and my irritation level with teams is at a 10! It's the worst chatting app I've ever seen. Not having an automatic setting for new chats to pop out into their own chat box like skype is unacceptable!
Shawns63 I changed a setting so that the notifications that popup by the system tray stay on screen much longer. I still miss some Teams notifications, but fewer than before. It can be a pain because all notifications stay up longer or until you dismiss them.
