Sending a Completed Form within Teams to Outlook

I need some help with this problem I am having.

I created a Form that is filled out in a Teams Channel. I would like for the form when completed and submitted to go to an outlook email.  Then the team that works that email can work the request. 

How do I do that? Everything I come across is sending a notification to an email.
