Select more rows without scrolling manually

Hi all,

I have a very large data set and want to split it into pieces. I am loosing time by selecting observations and scrolling down manually to cut and paste the observations, and create new sheets.

Do you know any other way how to select large ranges of observations and create new sheets with this data?
