Seeing Forms, which I shoudn't see

Me and my friend click by mistake a fold "Edit | Test" where is a test in Forms, which we shouldn't see. The problem is that it still shows who was there. From my account I see, that she is "also editing", and she see me. Even when we turn the apps down.

Is there a possibility to turn this back? I don't wanna have problems
