I am having the exact same issue with my PC when sharing teams. People say it flashes, sometimes with red/yellow colors on their end. I do not see it on my end.
I have an AMD RX6700 XT
Based on some others responses it appears something going on with AMD GPU for sure. Now is it an AMD or MS code issue?
I'm guessing it is a Microsoft code issue. I now use Teams on the web through a browser and I do not see any issues while screen sharing. So, for now I have abandoned the Teams client.
