Screen share only works for Caller, not Callee
KCBaltz This may be what we have also identified as an issue. I opened a support ticket with MS today. This is what we have identified. For non-Global Admin users it does not load the screen share automatically in CHAT when someone initiates a call/share to them. Global Admins do not have this problem when someone calls/shares to them (it immediately loads the other user's screen share). The only solution for the non-admin user is once the share starts they have to click twice on the other user's profile thumbnail to get the share to come up. It's like it is minimized when the share starts and needs to be toggled to come up on the main window. So to be specific, when the screen share starts the user only sees the other user's profile pic on the main window and on the bottom right under the main window they will see the thumbnail image of the other user's profile picture. They have to click on that thumbnail picture TWO times to get the screen share to load in the main window. This ONLY happens in chat screen sharing for non-Global Admins. This does NOT happen for any users in MEETINGS. I'll post an update if I am given a solution by MS.

Acually we have the same sharring problem with one user and the behavior is exact you describe.
