Screen share only works for Caller, not Callee

I have the same issue but it's the other way around, so when I make the call they can share their screen but I can only see it in the thumbnail as once I click to make it full screen it goes black. But when they call me the problem is solved so no issue there.
Has a fix or cause of this problem been found?
