Restrictions over filesharing in Ms teams

Want to restrict file attachment and file share into MS Teams. User will only share link once they will do Team group communication and one to one communication.

    1990 Can you clarify better the requirement? When do you not want to allow sharing of files?

      I want to restrict file attachment and file share into MS Teams for all users in the organization.is there any way to achieve it?

        Do you mean you do not want users saving files into Teams? Then the answer is no. This is a major feature of Teams. You can technically restrict members from adding files by removing permissions from the respective Teams document library, and cutting off OneDrive from each users licenses, but this will cause a very bad UX.

        If you mean prevent sharing from Teams, you can go to SharePoint admin center to control what sharing controls can be used in your organization and these will apply to Teams.
