Resetting Teams Device

I had to reset my Teams Device. Used the information here (https://www.graham-walsh.com/factory-restore-a-microsoft-teams-room-system/#:~:text=%20A%20quick%20way%20to%20reset%20%201,Enter%20the%20Microsoft%20Meeting%20Room%20Credentials.%20More)   Doing so, the Teams Room app does not automatically start when logged in as the Skype User (default standard user account). I can jump out of that account (black screen) and login to the Admin account and start the app. Restarting the device again just drops me to a black screen.  Thoughts?
