When give members to owners powers he can reply and post.. but i cannot do that

i work on school and this problem became a nightmare.
i still using Bluestacks (android Emulator for pc) to see what happen when i change somethings... but without success.
Rodrigowbs so i am in a teams group and the leader has restricted my replies, is there anyway i could do anything to be able to input into the general chat again?
- my teams also continuously shuts down, is this a network problem or not
