Removing members from a team

When Arnold removes anyone from a team it always says it was Ted who removed the person, can you change it? Ted is tired of his name being used to remove people from the team, and we have 60 owners in the team.

  • Kevinneedshelp Yeah, here's the UserVoice for it

As for the behavior I was told it's the background Teams workflows performing actions on behalf of random owners when syncing changes from Groups to Teams. At the time it was "planned work" but now "in testing".

In this case it seem as it's always being Ted though!

*edit* just realized this was not a random removal. But I think it's going to be solved as part of the above fix.

  • It's a known issue (design problem if you ask me), best you can do is report it via ticket and/or UserVoice.
