Remove Organisation Invite its hijacking my login

Hi 

I have downloaded teams app and am trying to login but an organisation I used to work for as a consultant has an invitation for me (using my personal email too) - I can't avoid their login at all and I can't find a way around it. I want to set up teams for my own company, not theirs using my own email, but it's like it has been hijacked by them.

Also, have asked them to remove the invite but they haven't/can't

How do I get rid of the connection between my email and their invitation
