Regarding password reset of my staff account
I am a faculty member of an educational institution. I have got an invite for my department meeting scheduled tomorrow. When I tried to create an account with my institute mail id (official id) it says that the account already exists and prompted for signing in. When I tried signing in with that mail id, the password was incorrect. Also, there was no option to reset the password. It says 'contact administor'. Admin says he is helpless. Kindly help me out.
vivek_mohan It's almost certainly something related to your institution, they have created an account for you and need to tell you what password or other sign in method you need to use.
